FISH IN GARLIC BUTTER

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Onion - sliced thinly
4 peices White fish fillet - 6oz each
2 small Garlic cloves - minced
2 Tbsp butter
lemon wedges

Method

In a Skillet, melt butter over a medium heat. Saute garlic for 1 minute. Place fish over garlic, cover and cook on low heat for three mins. Carefully turn fish, sprinkle with onions. Cover and continue to cook until fish flakes easily with fork, about 2 to 3 mins. Squeeze lemon juice over just before serving
