FISH CAKES

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp Soy sauce
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Egg
1 Jalapeno Peppers - chopped fine
2 cloves Garlic - crushed
1 bunch Parsley - chopped fine
1 large Onion - chopped fine
2 Fillets White fish fillet - minced
2 Fillets Trout - minced

Method

Place all ingredients together in large bowl mix thoroughly make one patty and fry to check for taste adjust seasoning if required. Use egg ring to make uniform patties refridgerate for 1 to 2 hours cook in frying pan or on BBQ.
