SALMON STEAKS WITH DILL BUTTER

Number of servings: 2

Ingredients:

Pinch Fresh ground black pepper
Pinch Salt
4 Tbsp Dry White Wine
50gms Butter
2 Tbsp Dill - Chopped
2 Salmon Steaks approx 1" at their thickest.

Method

Lay each salmon steak on a piece of foil or baking parchment large enough to wrap it up. Mix together the herbs and butter and spread over the pieces of fish. Season with salt and pepper. Tip the wine over the salmon and quickly close the foil or parchment to make a parcel. Bake in a preheated oven a 220 degrees C. For 12 to 15 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes and a green vegetable.
