BARBECUED SNAPPER & LIME

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
Sesame Seeds Toasted
200g Noodles
2 Bunches Bok Choy - ends trimmed & seperated
2 Limes - Halved
1 cup Parsley - Finely Chopped
1/2 Tsp Garlic - Minced
1/2 Tsp Ginger - Minced
4 Snapper Fillets
Juice of 1 Lime

Method

Marinate fish in parsley, ginger,garlic,Teriyaki & lime juice for 1 hour. Remove fish pat dry & barbecue. When fish is nearly cooked, barbecue bok choy until tender.
