STRAWBERRY CHAMPAGNE COCKTAILS

Ingredients:

Tiny Dash of Balsamic Vinegar
Champagne or Sparkling Wine
1 Tbsp Vanilla Sugar
4 Strawberries

Method

Put strawberries and vanilla sugar in a mortar, mush up and add tiny balsamic vinegar. Mush through sieve into a jar. Shake jar well then spoon into bottom of champagne glass. Top with Champagne.
