Ingredients:

10mls Kahlua
10mls Cream - Fresh cream slightly shaken
10mls Brandy
60mls Iced coffee
40mls Amarula Cream

Method

Combine coffee,Amarula cream,brandy, and kahlua in a shaker with ice cubes. Shake until well chilled. Strain into glass. Pour cream over the back of a spoon to form a layer on top. Add garnish.
