FROZEN MANGO DAIQUIRI

Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Water
30mls Mango Liquer
30mls Peach Liquer
30mls White Rum
2 Mango Cheeks, Peeled and Chilled
1/4 Cup Sugar
60mls Vodka

Method

Bring the Sugar and water to boil, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Cool. Place 60ml of the sugar syrup in a blender with the remaining ingredients and 2 Cups of ice, blend well. Pour into frosted glasses and garnish.
