The following information will help you understand our site; how to use it and our company policies.
Finding products
• Click on the Products tab at the top of the page.
• Select the product category on the left and, if required, subcategory.
• Items are listed alphabetically within the product categories.
• Alternatively, use the product search facility provided at the top of the page.
How to order
To order an item or to check prices, click on the order prompt or the thumbnail image linked to each item. A pop-up box will appear showing the product details – description, pack size, order multiples and price(s). Simply place your order as required.
All prices shown are inclusive of GST.
Your “shopping basket” can be reviewed at any time by clicking on the “View Cart” tab at the top of the page.
Order confirmation
Review your order and click on the “finalise your order” button. Enter your contact and delivery details.
Any delivery instructions, special requests or other general queries can also be included at this stage.
Liquorstore.com.au will contact you by email to confirm receipt of your order, arrangements for its delivery, payment and delivery charges.
International Deliveries
We do offer international delivery. Please note that shipping outside Australia can be expensive. In most countries restrictions and duties also apply.
Export orders for current vintage wines are exempt from Australian Goods & Services Tax and Wine Equalisation Tax saving you around 15% depending on the wine.
Conditions of Ordering:
Liquorstore.com.au supports the responsible service of alcohol. Persons placing alcohol orders MUST be over the age of 18.
Under the Liquor Act 1982 (NSW) it is an offence to sell or supply to or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18.

Pricing
All prices marked with * attract GST.
All order totals on website purchases are GST inclusive.
The tax invoice delivered with your order has the GST component indicated separately.
Stock
All orders are subject to the availability of stock.
Wine Vintages
Whilst Liquorstore.com.au makes every effort to keep the vintage information of wines up-to-date, vintages may vary without notice. For vintage specific ordering please indicate on the order confirmation that you require a particular vintage.
Use of client information.
Information that you supply to Liquorstore.com.au is used to ensure an accurate and efficient delivery service.
This information is used solely for the intention that is was supplied and will not be disclosed to other parties other than to delivery contractors if required (couriers or Australia Post) or by law enforcement.
Your email address may be used by Liquorstore.co.au to inform you of any information that we believe could be of interest to you. Should you wish to be removed from this service you can reply email us and inform us of this preference.
If you would like to update, correct or remove the information pertaining to your company you can do so at any time by emailing us at orders@liquorstore.com.au and stating the changes required.
